Masako Honkaku ShochuSteps from the mouth of the Hosoda River, the Furusawa Distillery has been making traditionally handcrafted shochu in Miyazaki Prefecture since 1892. In 1945 MOTOKO became the 3rd generation master brewer distiller and the first woman to run a Miyazaki shochu distillery in modern memory. She passed her skills down to her daughter, MASAKO (5th generation master), who is now training Motokos grandaughter MAHOKO to take over one day.

Stains easily. Tight for men's size 11 feet

Husband wore dark cotton socks over these gel foot covers overnight and the covers picked up color from the socks. Tried hand washing, even dabbing with a bleach soaked paper towel, but the stains remained. The covers are a bit tight for men's size 11. Edit: After a few more hand washings the stains began to fade. However one tore around the leg opening when taking it off.
