Hofstätter Barthenau Vigna S. Urbano Pinot Nero Alto Adige Doc 2014This is a single vineyard wine sourced from Hofstatters Barthenau estate. Hofstatter was the first producer in the Alto Adige to produce single vineyard wines at the equivalent of the grand cru level. The grapes are harvested in small crates to ensure they arrive at the winery completely intact. Most the grapes are de stemmed and lightly crushed, leaving around 25% whole and unbruised. The bracket that covers the roller brush is not part of the kit.

I guess if I had paid more attention, I would have noticed no bracket in the kit. My fault. I had to order a different roller brush that had the bracket. All good items, just more that I need at the moment. It would be nice to have the bracket included.
