The hole pattern found on the diamond plate will connect to many RAM cradles, as well as third party cradles including mounts with the industry standard AMPS hole pattern. Material: High Strength

Solid and strong

It's strong enough to hold it's shape. I attached it with 2 screws, and was able to put 2 power strips inside.
It's a bit annoying to have the big "StarTech.COM" logo on the front, so I mounted it backwards, facing the wall. The whole point of a black tray is to hide things and blend in, not advertise for "StarTech"! So minus 1 star for that.
